Since most of the products are imported, we have a Customs Bonded Warehouse where adequate equipment stock and spares are stored for maintenance of these equipments thereby reducing the turn around time of the equipments. Systems and procedures are built-in for timely support for its customers. We ensure all our customers gets timely support post installation of these products. Genesis also enters into Maintenance and Service contracts to ensure that their customers make best utilization of their equipments even after the warranty period.
